Reservation Rights & Adjustments

Tours of Goa retains the authority to cancel or amend any confirmed reservations due to operational reasons, such as malfunctions or breakdowns of Vehicles/Cruises/Boats or other equipment. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements or offer a full refund.

Arrival and Participation

Participants are required to arrive at the designated starting point of the activity 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time will result in the reservation being considered a no-show, for which the booking will be cancelled without a refund.

Responsibility for Delays

Tours of Goa is not liable for delays resulting from traffic congestion, incorrect directions, or errors made while using navigation systems, including reaching the wrong departure point. Customers are advised to plan their travel accordingly to avoid such situations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our policy for cancellations and refunds is outlined below, providing clear guidelines for various scenarios:

  • General Booking Cancellations:
    • Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made up to 2 days before the scheduled tour date.
    • 25% refund for cancellations made up to 1 day before the scheduled tour date.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date or in case of a no-show.

Liability

Tours of Goa commits to the highest standards of service delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour
