Cancellation by the Customer
To cancel your tour, the lead booker must provide written notice via email or mail to our office. Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation fees based on the timing of the cancellation:
Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes may incur additional charges.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
